Super User doesn't provide facility to rethrow the same question.

It can only be roll-backed !

Shouldn't there be the facility to Re-Throw the same question to top for limited no of times ? There can be condition that if question is not being answered or if it gets minimum 3 votes then, in both condition, it can be rethrown !

I assume you mean the action of "bumping" a question back up the front page?
I ask because I'm not sure how your mention of rolling back fits in.

This has been discussed on MetaSO before, (for example this question and those linked to it) and I'm fairly sure has been rejected but the team and many users.

If you have a question that you want to get more attention for then I suggest that you edit it to add in additional information, and anything that you've already tried to fix your problem with, etc. This will make the question better, easier for others to answer and push it back up the page.
