I'm blocked for making questions , because someone think that my previous questions were BAD. But my reputation is increased because my previous questions are taking up-votes. Well , i think it's better or to unblock me for making questions , or you should block that my questions receive up votes , because the case is becoming very ironic and ridiculous.

The ban also takes in account the IP address. If you browse from a shared computer, or from a location that gives the same IP address to many end users, it's enough that another user who was banned or triggers the ban, will affect everyone else accessing from the same location.

I have a dynamic IP from my ISP , with other words there are more than 3000 users that have the same Public IP. So if 2999 users are banned from making questions , I'm banned too and I have to wait all these to repair their problems in order to remove my ban !!!
