I think questions about specific web sites don't belong on Super User.

As the faqfaq states:

Super User is for computer enthusiasts and power users. If you have a question about ...

… and it is not about videogames or consoles, then you're in the right place to ask your question!

A computer software problem, so fine with the faq.
