I had to reset my SU password but my profile was reset to 1 instead of 6000 plus.

  • I suspect this needs a CM or dev, so the contact us link is the right place to start. – Journeyman Geek Sep 11 '17 at 3:52
  • Thanks for migrating this. – Don Naduriak Sep 11 '17 at 4:17
  • Have you accidentally created multiple accounts? Can you find your "original" account at superuser.com/users ? – Mokubai Sep 11 '17 at 6:00
  • I find a profiel with my name xavierjazz, but it is the one that is the duplicate. I find I have one under my name as above also. Both have 1 reputation. – Don Naduriak Sep 11 '17 at 13:18
  • I removed all my cookies and found that I did not have my SU password saved. I followed instructions I was sent by SU. – Don Naduriak Sep 11 '17 at 13:22
  • @DonNaduriak - xavierjazz cannot possibly be the duplicate because it is 7 years old. Don Naduriak was created after XavierJazz was created. The solution is the same request the two profiles be merged. – Ramhound Sep 11 '17 at 14:41
  • Yes, thank you. – Don Naduriak Sep 11 '17 at 15:13
