We have these two tags:
"restarting" could mean anything, e.g. services, applications, daemons, and computers. "rebooting" only affects computers (the tag wiki also mentions that).
Two ideas:
- Should we retag those from "restart" that actually mean "rebooting"?
- Should we merge them into one big "restart" tag?
