That particular site manages to [meet all the attribution requirements](http://blog.stackoverflow.com/2009/06/attribution-required/ "how to give your hat tip") for creative commons licensed work from Stack Exchange.

On the page you linked they hit the nail on:

- Indicate the source of the text
- Link directly back to the question

 > This question and answers originated from [superuser.com](https://superuser.com/questions/321635)

- Show the author name
- Link direct to each author's profile

 > Question by [WinWin](https://superuser.com/users/66491/WinWin)

Not only that, but the links aren't `rel="nofollow"` as well. Another good mark.

And the bit from the blog post:
> This is about the spirit of fair attribution. Attribution to the website, and more importantly, to the individuals who so generously contributed their time to create that content in the first place!

> Anyway, I hope that clears up any confusion — feel free to remix and reuse to your heart’s content, as long as a good faith effort is made to attribute the content!
