Given that already six people upvoted the question, can we perform the retagging?
As @nhinkle said, adjusted to match @DMA57351's note, example retaggings with Word & 2010:
- Specific microsoft product, specific version: word-2010 --> microsoft-word-2010.
- Specific microsoft product, any/many versions: word --> microsoft-word.
- Microsoft Office, specific version: office-2010 --> microsoft-office-2010
- Microsoft Office, any/many versions: office --> microsoft-office
As for this quote from @nhinkle's question:

Synonyms solve this problem, so it's important that they are made where they fit to prevent issues.
