I had a very difficult question that I urgently needed an answer to. It got buried very quickly. 

 - Is there anyway to bump a question higher in the questions list? 
- ([possible answer][1])
 - How do I ask two related questions? Should I keep them in one question that would require two answers? Or should I split them up?
- ([possible answer][2], [possible answer][3])

So I made a second question that linked back to the first, and it was marked as spam. 

There was very little feedback on what I had done wrong, and the people who did comment were **extremely** impolite and unhelpful.

 - What are the reasons a question can be closed for, and what do each of them mean?
- ([possible answer][4])
 - Is there any way to report/punish users who are being abusive in comments? 
- ([possible answer][5], [possible answer][6])
 
This is a great site, but if the community attitude continues to be so discouraging, you'll find that people will migrate to a site with a more welcoming attitude instead.
