I haven't gotten much of a response on my question [Folder structure for GUID named files](https://superuser.com/q/948653/431462), and got in fact the [Tumbleweed](https://meta.superuser.com/help/badges/40/tumbleweed) badge for it.

However I would like for it to be answered, so could you guide me if you have suggestion to improve my question, so I might get an answer? Is it too broad/specific, vague, ...? Any suggestion?
