I don't know if this is the right place to point out this type of issue. If it's not appropriate please let me know where to report this.

I think that, as things stand right now, plasma is ambiguous. Questions labeled with it refer both to plasma TVs and to the KDE graphical environment, and this doesn't seem correct to me.

I suggest deleting the generic plasma tag and replace it with plasma-tv and plasma-workspace to better categorize entries.
