I have issues with retagging.

 1. For the last few days I couldn't retag as part of the Tag Cleanup (which is some sort of zen exercise for me, so imagine my frustration). I'd always get a "not substantial enough" edit warning. I wrote in Chat about it and was sent here. (BTW, I'm working on [tag:server]. Help is appreciated.)

 2. Now, as of today, I can retag, but it appears to count as an edit, which is not desirable (I don't mind the points, but the mods will certainly not be happy about it.)

On a sidenote, it would be nice to have the Retag button back, why was it removed in the first place?
