For example, [this question](http://superuser.com/questions/105773/how-to-access-the-system-tray-using-the-keyboard) has been flagged as a duplicate of [this one](http://superuser.com/questions/75903/how-to-access-or-switch-between-tray-icons-with-shortcut-in-windows). The former one has been asked over 2 months later, but has better score and more accurate answers.

Technically speaking, it's obvious that this one is a duplicate. On the other hand, closing it will redirect users to a question with less useful answers.

Should we flag older question as a duplicate if the newer one is of better quality?
