I have more than once, had the `Post Your Answer` button just move my answer to a question comment for me. But only if it meets or fails to cross some unspecified threshold. __(Don't do that. Note that that is not encouraged)__ 

_I propose that the `Your Answer` form submission process __never__ auto-convert a sloppy answer to a question comment._  

This is a feature request concerning the __automatic__ website conversion of a terse answer to a comment attached to the question. Let's stop that from automatically triggering. Specifically, because I think it has a detrimental side-effect.  

IMO, this will help curtail (instead of actively encouraging) sloppy answers.
