I asked a kind of simple question recently and it was closed as "too broad". http://superuser.com/questions/1048177/virtualization-assign-graphics-card-to-vm-and-back-to-host-when-the-vm-exits But I'm having trouble understanding why/how is it "too broad". I'd say you could legitimately answer the question with a simple "yes" or "no". I mean, sure, some hints on how it could be achieved would be nice, but I don't see how the question would be "too broad". So how do I get more details for why the question is "too broad"? > too broad - if your question could be answered by an entire book, or > has many valid answers, it's probably too broad for our format > > There are either too many possible answers, or good answers would be > too long for this format. Please add details to narrow down the answer > set or to isolate an issue that can be answered in a few paragraphs.
