When is an answer eligible to be flagged as "not an answer"? What to do?
In which cases should we flag "not an answer" answers?
The not an answer flag does not mean "this answer is not an answer to the question posed". … How should we flag eligible answers? What do we put as the close reason to be clear?
I assume by "eligible answers" you mean those like I've outlined above as being not an answer? …

I edited my answers by making clear that I'm one of ReliefJet Essentials for Outlook developers. … And I just don't think these are quality answers (personally I dislike most "use program X" answers regardless of affiliations - they just don't bring much info to the table). …
