Doesn't the "untagged" tag defeat the purpose?
It's untagged because the question had a tag which was burninated. You can either edit it and tag it to what's relevant or flag the post.

Burn the stackexchange tag on the main site
I've cleared all questions on the tag. I don't believe there's a need to ban or blacklist the tag there were just 6 questions and any future questions are going to be rare.
