Unclear wording on comment editing timeout
I think that message is unclear and should be changed to something like "Comments may only be edited after 5 minutes" or "Comments may only be edited 5 minutes after posting."

TIL: Answering 10 minutes after a question is asked is "late."
Is this as intended, or might it indicate a bug, possibly in the Late
Answers definition, the Late Answers audit mechanism, or the post time
tracking mechanism? … This wouldn't be considered a bug. You have to understand an answer is never actually purged. The answer currently exists literally as a comment at this point. …
