I currently work on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and CRM deployments and installations, customizations, JavaScript, reports, imports and Integrations (utilizing both built in imports and Scribe Software). I have been recently doing more work utilizing the functionality in Microsoft Power Automate Flows and the new functionality in PowerApps. I also work with Office 365 deployments and enjoy tuning servers with regards to performance and SQL Server and coming up with solutions for solving customer business problems. I've worked with both small and large organizations and enjoy being able to help customers make the most of their solutions.

I previously worked as a Microsoft CRM Senior Support Escalation Engineer and had the privilege of being the first Microsoft CRM support engineer from the 1.0 alpha days.
