How can I appeal the deletion of questions? A question was falsely flagged as "spam or offensive," but it was just about school classes

Use of ChatGPT is now banned on Super User
It is also part of Stack Overflow's history, Stack Overflow cofounder Atwood's 2008-07-12 blog post Stack Overflow Badge Feedback (though the search engines refuse to reveal it).

Is Super User always this slow to respond or am I doing it wrong? Can I do anything to fix it?
Was some fidelity in the image lost by going through JPEG? Or is it a scaling problem

I think the median value is quite a bit higher than the peak value (5 minutes). I think that the median value is a fairer measure.
