Where can I make requests to reopen questions on the Super User main Stack Exchange?
@GeorgeNtoulos - Your meta question was closed, “This question does not appear to seek input and discussion from the community.”, when your question was about the moderator seeking input on how to modify your question.

@GeorgeNtoulos - The answer to that direct question is No, it cannot be migrated, I mean it could be migrated but not in it's current state. It would have to be undeleted, improved to the point where it was a quality question, then migrated. You are better off just resubmitting the question at Engineering.SE

@GeorgeNtoulos - I would have just reposted my question.

@GeorgeNtoulos - “I asked once for it to be reopened not thrice.” - Every time you edited the question and selected the option to put it in the reopen queue also counts as asking to reopen it. Your meta question asking to reopen the question was closed because you received an answer it would not accept that answer. I am not going to entertain this conversation by submitting an answer. You already have a solution to the problem, repost the question at the correct Community, reopening your question won’t happen

@GeorgeNtoulos - Here is where you ask to have something reopened, once you ask and a discussion is had, you eventually have to drop the subject of the community ends of not believing the question should be reopened. You know that behavior, you asked that should be avoided, asking a third time for a question that is out of scope to be reopened only so it can be migrated is that behavior you should stop. Stop asking for the question to be reopened.

How is this question about resolution off-topic?
@GeorgeNtoulos - There absolutely are rules and guidelines but they are not explicit, more general guidelines since what is considered high quality is fairly subjective. I still feel I am going to disengage from this question at this point

If you think it’s a waste of time to improve the quality of your question, and there is nothing to learn (on how to ask high quality questions), then there isn’t much to say so I will disengage

Better to delete/repost or request migration?
There is nothing wrong with this question

You could be that would require a custom moderator flag since Unix isn’t a migration target for SU, so you can flag and wait, or delete and repost immediately

You can’t close your own question

Why was this non-opinion question closed as opinion-based?
It's not cherry-picking. It's the only edit reviewers will see to determine if the question should be reopened.

@GeorgeNtoulos - If it’s in the queue all you can do is wait for the community to reopen your question. If the question is not reopened, then edit it again, and select the checkbox indicating your address the closure. Authors of questions don’t have the ability to vote to reopen a question only edit the question and select the checkbox. Trying to reopen a question that hasn’t been improved is a waste of the communities time and limited resources

Why was my answer deleted
@TOOGAM - It might have, but if it did, it was just dumb luck that the firmware settings as a result of the load were set in such a way where Intel RST was disabled instead of enabled. There is no evidence Luator was missing the same driver, which is the reason, just updating the firmware isn’t helpful. Furthermore, what about those situations, where the current firmware was already installed

Why was my answer deleted
@TOOGAM - I am sorry, “I update the firmware and it solved my problem”, isn’t an answer to a question caused by a missing Intel RST driver while installing Windows it’s just dumb luck.

There are 18 comments to the original question. Suggesting you received no feedback isn't exactly a clear representation of the facts. You actually did receive feedback on your question before it was closed.

Still doesn’t explain why you mention GenAI. What you say about GenAI does not seem to be anything of substance. I am not punishing anyone, closure votes, are not punishment. I also didn’t vote on this particular question, not that it would matter, since I agree the question needed to be closed and improved before it can be answered

For instance, it's not clear the relevancy of this statement: "I know that AI hallucinates, and there can be mistakes/errors in fidelity with replication and any upscale algorithm, but it seems strange to claim that a 720p video will look best at a 720p display (all else equal) than on an 8k display." You recognize that AI can and likely did hallucinate when it gave you that response.

You receive a lot of feedback. It seems the question was unclear. Now, the community could reopen the question and then close it because it is unclear, but it wouldn't change the fact that it is unclear. Have you improved the clarity of the question by editing it, not by submitting comments to clarify your question?

If you had an issue, and you were trying to install Windows while Intel RST was enabled, and by resetting the firmware resulted in Intel RST becoming disabled. You simply stumbled into a resolution, the real answer to that exact situation, would be to provide the missing driver. I am guessing you cannot confirm which driver was missing, I dislike answers which claim they had the same problem, and after reading them I often conclude they likely didn’t actually have the same problem. It’s often a sign of someone who stumbled upon a solution but doesn’t understand why they had success
