Question seeking the reason a particlar software does or does not exist almost always are a bad question. It is very tough to ask a question why software doe something, most of those types of questions, cannot be answered unless the reason has already been stated by the developer ( developers behind Windows has publish many great books that explain the reason something was done) otherwise we are simply guessing at the reason ( unless its obvious ). | |
