When I offer a bounty, I literally indicate, that I am offering it to draw attention to the question. Even if I didn't make my intentions clear, it wouldn't be Bait and Switch, for the simple fact I am not required to award a bounty to an answer. Bait and Switch is an illegal business practice, and there are laws, that indicates it's illegal. | |
