But the rules and details are actually ridiculously complicated. Check this out: Why was this Reopen review item invalidated?. Warning, it may make your brain hurt. :-)
Jul 4, 2019 at 21:09 | comment | added | Ramhound | Alright; I figured if a question was voted to be reopened outside of the queue it would then appear in the queue.
Jul 4, 2019 at 21:06 | comment | added | fixer1234 | @Ramhound, as I understand it, questions only get one shot at the reopen queue, regardless of what action puts it there. Once it's had its moment in the sun, no action will get it into the reopen queue again.
Jul 4, 2019 at 21:00 | comment | added | Ramhound | Questions only automatically enter the reopen queue once. Which is the reason every edit should be substantial and worth while. If a question is voted to be reopened after that first time it also gets put in the queue (I would assume)

Jul 4, 2019 at 4:58 | comment | added | fixer1234 | @JourneymanGeek, the idea of a room isn't a bad idea. More reviewers in the reopen queue won't help with this one, though. Questions get into this situation by having the reviews completed. :-)
Jul 4, 2019 at 4:51 | comment | added | Journeyman Geek Mod | Critically - we have one or two few people looking at the reopen queue. I admit, I kinda forget it myself , and the long term solution is to ... well have people review. I wonder if there's enough traction to just pop these situations into a room for special review and decussion kinda like the SOCVR, but a SUOVR... ;p
