I had a problem that I wanted to solve regarding the program Numbers (macOS's Excelspreadsheet program, analogous to Excel). I found a question that is the exact issue I'm having, but the answer is specific to Excel and (as far as I can tell) the solution doesn't map to Numbers. Before asking  Before asking a brand new question I wanted the community's take on this.

  • Should I ask a brand new question?
  • Should I ask for an update via a comment?
