I’m actually done. Where amshould I supposed to ask thisquestions about setting up phone systems on Stack exchangeExchange?

If I can’t ask this on Network Engineering or Super User because it’s getting downvoted, where in the world am I supposed to ask this? I’m not asking on Stack Exchange anymore if it’s just full of unhelpful mods who say to read the docs when they themselves have to ask mods from another site if it should be asked there. 

Please explain how this is off topic. There have been questions asked similar to this. I’m asking on Quora now, but please answer my last question before I leave.
