If you don't know an answer Remove upvoting on comments under a question, why don't you simply pass-by?only allow downvoting

I have a few doubts and suggestions... First of all, I would like to ask, if a person does notIf you don't know an answer, why don't heyou simply skips it.pass-by?

IMO, noNo question is stupid, we. We are all human beings and we can have different ideas at times and just because of difference, another idea can't be wrong.

If you don't like someone elseelse's idea, just skip it, don't make it dirty using obnoxious comments just to get some up-votes.
