Jul 26, 2014 at 6:40 | comment | added | Prasanna | Seriously ... that was not sarcasm. I'm sorry if it sounded that way. I wanted to say an "up-vote" or "down-vote" wouldn't matter to me. Thanks for your time. U have showed me the "Vampire" issue - really helpful stuff. I really appreciate your answer... Thanks again
Jul 26, 2014 at 6:24 | comment | added | slhck Mod | I did not downvote your question. Sarcastically thanking people for downvotes never works here: votes are anonymous. Anyway, yes, there are people who don't check back for answers, but we can't force them to. That being said, the question isn't just for the user asking it.
Jul 26, 2014 at 6:22 | comment | added | Prasanna | Thanks for taking out your time to give a reply. First, I'm a new user myself. My intention in coming to SU, is to learn from challenging questions posted here. (I'm learning VBA for excel) and also to help people who come up with simple questions. I workout samples for them and post them. I do not want votes or reps for my work- that is not my goal. The intent of my question was - does the questioner even check back for answers? Thanks for the "down-vote" anyways :-D
