I raised a flag because dude wanted regex so he can go credential stuffing

and then I received this message:

I was kinda thinking that questions would get deleted when it is obviously asking for help doing something illegal and that that counts as moderator intervention because non-moderators don't have the delete button.

If we delete questions because they ask for help with piracy, why is this allowed?
