Restrict tag creation?
I think either a review process for new tags could be a good thing.
Alternatively could we just make entering the tag description (short & long) mandatory and put all these in the review queue.

Exception to the minimum answer character count

Make the edit tags button not bump a post
That would be a great improvement. :)
NB: I do tend to edit some of the questions as well. (Mostly for clarity or to remove typos).
