What should be featured in our list of off-topic close reasons?

Should questions related to problems with beta software/prototype hardware be closed?

Custom close reason is processed as a comment
The idea behind this is that if you're giving a custom reason, then the user should be aware of why their question is being closed. This is intentional and by-design.
