When should additional information be an edit vs a comment vs a separate answer?
I'm in the habit of editing answers to add links to this relevant content whenever I find myself googling something in the answer.

Should I approve edits that only add related links?
My vote would be to only change a modified post.
To me, the presence of the "post was edited", by somebody other than the author, instantly raises some question (in my mind) about how much I'm seeing …
