@DanielBeck Even then cpu-cache would be better; otherwise the tags are just being too specific. Are you saying we should make a l1-cache? How about a l4-cache for a question asking why they aren't used? The level of cache the question is about, if necessary, can be in the question itself.
Only if it's photographic processing or retouching, they don't allow questions on Image Manipulation (outside of the Photography context) as per the FAQ. If it's a technical question on the operation of the software, it may as well go on SuperUser.
@DMA57361 I just tested on slhck's image hack: on the mobile version of the site, it's still centred. Granted, the whole thing is shrunk to the point of barely-readable with the same proportion of whitespace to keep it centred, which is why I typically make the image a link to the picture in my answers.
