When is it appropriate to participate in moderator-type functions?
If you're uncertain about some action you want to take, you can also ask here in meta, or on chat (both general room and mod room are fine), to see what others think. And we always welcome more reviewers!

Remove [asus-g73jh] tag
@Robotnik What's special about Asus laptops? Why do they need their own category/tag? In what way are they, as a group, different from other laptops significantly enough to justify that?

Can a user be blocked by email address?
Flag as offensive if you see them. Enough offensive flags is an auto-delete.

Unfortunately, I don't think we require email verification, so that won't work. MAC is local-network. IP could possibly work as a short-term stop-gap, but it's far from perfect (pretty easy to circumvent, could potentially catch innocents in the crossfire).

Receive notifications when one's own questions are linked to in another post?
@nixda Well, a naive search is easy enough when just testing if the post body contains the text. But it might be more useful as part of the Related column.

Commenting on a “High-quality” audit
Hm, I have to say forcing you to not leave a comment on a "high quality" post is stupid too. There's always room for improvement.

General purpose kindle computing questions allowed?
While this doesn't answer the titular question, if you want to know what APIs are available you should be asking on Stack Overflow. That's where programming questions go. Super User deals with the use of systems, not writing software for them.

Effect of downvote on reputation
Looks like the final action taken was a reduction of question upvotes to the current value of 5.

This has been discussed before, and the final decision was no, for the reasons listed there. That was five years ago, so perhaps it is worth a revisit, but I believe this is a network-wide issue and likely not best addressed on a site-specific meta.

How is "How to save an rTorrent session?" not a valid title?
If that's exactly what you entered, nothing there should be blocked. Perhaps you tried to use a blacklisted tag?

Answers/questions profile page improvements
Well, the argument against more data on the user profile page has always been clutter. In the event that not enough people really want that information, this is a viable alternative.

Answers/questions profile page improvements
Hmm. The ratio could be pretty trivially implemented as an API app. Or a Data Explorer query.

Actually, the site already can do user-specific searches. And it actually fills in your userid in the search box when you're on your profile page.

Should I delete my own question if no new answer can be validated?
Considering "too localized" is no longer an option, perhaps this answer should be updated. (closing as "other" isn't ideal, since it falls under "off-topic"... I believe that carries a -1 penalty?)
