What is with these invalid flags?
@KContreau: I think you're missing the point. You've cast 10 votes to close in the last month... You're allowed to cast more than that each day! The moderators are supposed to act when the community is unable or unwilling; continually asking them to act when you have the ability but are not willing to use it is... at best, rude, and at worst actively wasting their time. Users with > 10K reputation points are able to see questions with outstanding close votes so that they can review and collaborate or dispute them - by failing to vote, you prevent this collaboration and oversight.

Request for reopening question 305862
@Jader: if you got that answer, it would then appear that the answer to your title question was, "no, it's not safe to pay for games through Steam". Which isn't necessarily true - we can't know. I'm curious to know what sort of reassurance you thought you'd get from asking such a question...

Synonym Breakage: Command Line vs. Command Prompt
Man... Here I thought someone was gonna be cooking up a deliciously-pedantic argument around -line (the bit you type) vs. prompt (the bit the terminal types to let you know you can type) vs. the terminal itself... Instead, it's a boring ol' Windows vs. Everything Else bash.

Doesn't limiting voting points to 200 potentially discourage activity?
@Randolf: "fair" isn't really relevant here (remember, I'm playing devil's advocate). If we were trying to discourage activity and some users don't get discouraged and manage to break past our arbitrary limit via sheer volume of effort... Well, that sucks for satan, but kinda throws your worst-case into question.

@Randolf: From what I've seen, the really obsessive users find the little chinks in the armor and bust the rep-cap all to hell anyway.

My post was unfairly edited and locked
I won't quote your flag message here, but you completely missed the purpose and effect of the edits that were "locked in". You'd do well to re-read the revision history, or at least Sathya's answer.
