It's not about a question mark. It's about a question. There was no question. Simply providing an error message is rather useless. (And FWIW, "What changed?" isn't very helpful either.) What if you wanted to fix this on the client side (IE10) rather than the server side? Upon initially reading the question I would have assumed that one would attempt to fix this client side, as most of us on SU aren't sysadmins.

@cpast I was wondering why it didn't stick at the top... Didn't know that's how it works. In any case, so far there's 6 up and 6 down. Pretty divided.

@RoneyMichael Downvotes in meta are used for this purpose. There's no effect on rep here.

@cpast Why would we? I know I'm not going to add not-recognized to my subscription list. It's a useless description of the question.

To be honest, when I see that I usually downvote both. It's rude even on your run-in-the-mill forums, so I can't see why people would think it's okay here.

Not sure if any of your questions have been deleted, but I only saw four closed questions. The only one that's maybe worthy of reopening IMO is this one: superuser.com/questions/481178/… As such I've voted to reopen.
