Stack Exchange network consists of 183 Q&A communities including Stack Overflow, the largest, most trusted online community for developers to learn, share their knowledge, and build their careers.
To calculate this (approximately), I just added the numbers of questions for windows tags in the first page (assuming questions don't get tagged by more than 1, but also assuming no other significant windows tags after the first page)
