@Tim The SE team can override moderator decisions of question statuses, so I think you should still contact Jin. When a moderator adds a status tag, he's just predicting what the SE team will say, but the SE team can always override that mod decision if they want.

I usually custom flag it with "not in English".

In addition, custom flagging as "not an answer" causes the system to see it as a generic NAA flag.

This happens if the post is deleted and you don't have enough reputation to see deleted posts. If you refresh the page, you'll see that the post is now deleted.
