Rant: Owner Deleted questions -- there must be a better way
"There are two excel questions, neither of which exist anymore. The second of which was 14 or 16 hours ago." I'm sorry but I cannot find anything. This is the only answer you posted in the 4 or so days before you wrote this meta question, and neither the answer nor the question were ever deleted. I assume the answer you posted (and deleted yourself) an hour after posting this question is not what you were referring to, because that was never edited.

Are you talking about your own experiences on Super User? I'm asking because you have just one answer on Super User that wasn't deleted by yourself, and that one was a short one-liner with very basic information. I'm not saying the problem doesn't exist, but I could not find it in your profile.

Remove the [malicious] tag
Malicious could also refer to users, not just malware, so it's ambiguous anyway. I agree with @Sathya.

Removing the [unlock] tag
Thanks for not making the question title a pun.

Im not sure whether this question would be well recieved
FWIW at least in Windows 7, it can be added via (Context Menu) » Personalize » Change Desktop Icons. At it's part of the modern two column Start Menu, it was probably redundant.

Are you allowed to ask follow-up questions or duplicate questions if there were no satisfactory answers?
If it's another user's question, a bounty can help as well.

Destroy the [send-to] tag!
It looks like almost all questions for that tag (18 or so of 20) are about the "Send To" item in Windows Explorer's file context menu, and the entries showing up there. IMO there's nothing meta about it.

For security reasons framing is not allowed
If you have Greasemonkey installed, try disabling it.

Why am I being warned about being blocked from asking questions?
The two deleted questions were also closed.

Why do certain Stack Exchange sites have top level domains while others don't?
Thanks! I got rate-limited while digging out the old posts, so I didn't find that one.

Do you know why Ask Ubuntu gets to use the domain for more than a redirect even though it's (slightly) younger than Webapps?

Why can't I add an edit summary within the 5 minutes grace period
You didn't actually edit anything in your second edit.
