What OS has tooltips that look like buttons?!

In the review queue, what the difference between "recommend deletion" and "delete"?
There's one deletion flag, and it requires three for the post to be deleted. It's like voting to close (requiring five votes) and flagging a question as 'doesn't belong here' (just put it in a queue). Only moderators with a diamond next to their name can delete (and close) without support from others.

Fixing misclick in "Suggested edit" queue
Most actions actually have some way to undo them. You can delete questions, answers, comments you posted; you can undelete questions, answers, and (moderators) comments; you can unupvote and undownvote recently voted for or since edited posts; you can unaccept accepted answers; you can rollback edits; ... While they're often more like 'corrective actions' instead of true 'undo', they're close enough. There are few really final actions, like offering bounties (and moderators can refund), flagging posts, or, well, reviews.

Email spam from thin client company?
Looks like a weak attempt at networking, not outright spam.

Doesn't mean the people using the address are spammers. I've had people thank me and one even offered to buy content from me for his publication.

Filter out SU questions where votes are negative
There we go, thanks @slhck. Of course, the search doesn't update when there's new questions, so I'd still prefer the regular page and just ignore negative score questions if I didn't want to see them. Or maybe even write a userscript for it?

It appears there is not way to accomplish this using the search, because score:0 is special. This shows all questions with a score of 1 or higher, but score:0 is:question will just show all questions with an exact score of 0.

You could use superuser.com/search?tab=newest&q=score%3a0%2b but it doesn't sort the same, as new answers are also considered for the sort order, not just questions.

Wassup with "answers has to be platform independent"?
Regarding the dhclient answer, maybe it would suffice to qualify it with "On Linux, …" to make it clear that you don't consider it a universal answer. Right now, the question doesn't say, and your own, accepted answer just assumes you're on Linux/Unix. This really is a bit confusing.

@Braiam You wouldn't even bother to ask the question on OS X Firefox because it just works as in every other program. Plus, (Unicode) input methods are radically different.

FWIW the Firefox one is platform-specific (or at least doesn't apply to all of them). Alt-3 prints # on my Mac. And I can type ° just fine as Shift-Alt-8.

The issue here might be that as self-answerer, you have complete control over both what you're asking and answering. Asking for a general solution and then only providing a limited one might look weird to some. So if you only intend to answer for a subset of platforms (say, Unix), you could just tag as such.

Questions about beta/pre-release software. Why are there still 73 questions tagged [Windows-8.1]?
It appears you skipped over the two words "bugs in" in that first quoted sentence. For example, questions about new features are perfectly on topic (well, unless it's "this feature should work but it doesn't"). Of course, there's a grey area in what constitutes a bug, but it also means not every question about pre-release software is off topic. See also this related question.

Weird behavior with tag syntax on Meta
Added spaces as a workaround so the linked question doesn't break.
