Then it should simply be a comment. Flag it as low-quality. The moderator will usually know whether it needs to be converted to a comment or not.

Questions with many follow up questions are usually low quality or qualify as "unclear what you're asking". Thus, they should be closed. You can also downvote them to spare others the waste of time looking at them.

@Hogan I can definitely see that. The question has come up multiple times all over the network, as far as I remember :) The link you posted only shows your own activity on the site.

@Hogan According to superuser.com/users/20256/hogan?tab=reputation you received 1 upvote yesterday, bringing you from 399 to 404 reputation. So that adds up, unless I'm missing something. Your total is relevant here and you need 200 for every year that is taken into consideration. The relevant time differences are not measured between now and the time you last earned the badge, but between now and the time you registered on the site. If you would earn another 200 rep today, you would get another Yearling badge within 24h.
