@IsaacRabinovitch: About 95% of all traffic comes from search engines. To my understanding, that's true for all SE sites. There are moderator-only statistics that indicate this, so, yes, those are hard numbers. My main point is that the group of people who could vote, but doesn't, is possibly much smaller than one would assume (given the scale of the site). We need more people who actively participate regularly, period. But, as I said, there's room for improvement, but I don't see an actual problem.
