Can we have "drive" as a separate tag?
We already have [storage] as well as these specialized tags: [usb-storage], [sd-card]

Whats the Context on questions about HTML/JS/CSS
@TaylorSpark the
html
tag would be appropriate for this on-topic question. javascript
, html
and css
tags are often appropriately used with bookmarklet, although there are other cases where they should/can be used too.

@TaylorSpark Please see my previous comment. These tags are relevant when being discussed in the context of web browsers.

Whats the Context on questions about HTML/JS/CSS
@TaylorSpark if it's a question about webservers serving files (which are very much on-topic), the fact that the pages were written in HTML is irrelevant, and therefore
html
would be an inappropriate tag for the question, and should not be added. Tags must be relevant to the problem being discussed, not every aspect of the situation.

Whats the Context on questions about HTML/JS/CSS
@TaylorSpark I think you don't know enough about web dev yet, but you will soon learn that the programming language used on webpages is largely irrelevant when it comes to webservers serving files. The HTML tag exists mostly for questions related to rendering of HTML in web browsers and similar - which are on-topic since they're about software, not programming.
