I want to check a Best Answerbest answer for the post I did before as a guest at Stack Exchange

I'm beginner of Stack Exchange(I'm not a native speaker of English, I'm sorry for my poor English.)

The other day, I posted a question as a guest at the site of Stack Exchange  . And some Some users answered for me. And, and I wrote "Thank you". But But I forgot to decide the Best Answerbest answer at that time.

Now, I reinstalled Windows OS on my personal computer. And And when I tried to check the Best Answerbest answer, I noticed. I can't check the Best Answerbest answer. I can't become the guest as before  (probably because the browser cookiecookies disappeared when I reinstalled the OS.A The browser is Internet Explorer.)

Whatever way, I want to check Best Answerthe best answer. What What should I do?
