Does each X-exchangeStack Exchange site keep its own reputation record for your profile?

I have a couple of stack-exchangeStack Exchange profiles, according to my various interests of course. I wonder, does each of these keep its own record of your reputation  ? For example... On stack overflow, on Stack Overflow I have rep. 11 rep, on superuserSuper User I have 11 rep. 1, and on EEngineering I have 1... It doesn't count Is there any sort of total reputation  ? Thanks
