What happened to the "Improve Edit" and "Reject and Edit" buttons on this review?

Should reviews limit be increased?
The big problem here is that some of those pending review tasks are a year old! … That's enough to review judiciously, close new questions if necessary, and still have plenty of votes in reserve in case something terrible happens. …
