10K Tools "flag" tab issue in revision: 2010.9.5.3
This is not a bug, it's by design.
The flags page is shared between the tools and moderation pages and therefore has no navigation apart from the top bar.

10K Tools Page Broken on SuperUser
Currently when using any of the links on the 10K+ users page the links are generating wrong.
When clicking on Close/Delete the url is generated as tag=Close instead of tab=Close
