A little late but - considering the broader history of the user, and well, the accusations of moderatory abuse in the question, we felt it was generally a good idea to keep the posts reflecting the sentiments of regular users in place. We'd kinda hoped OP'd see the effect they'd had on the community, and honestly considering the personal attack in the question, one would argue by that merit, the entire question should go, but that raises accusations of censorship.
@JoepvanSteen in theory OP can roll back/forward to any revision they choose. I'd probably comment asking them to clarify to say, if it was a micro or full SD, or other circumstances that could differenciate their question from the proposed dupe. You could then roll in that information from the comments.
@JoepvanSteen generally rollback wars are two people. Besides, a dupe closure, or reopen needs five people not 21 unless you're a moderator or a gold tag badge holder so its not 'just' Giacomo. Also, the language you used in the deleted comment was inappropriate.
That seems a little extreme over one post. You do post good answers - I'm unsure how one case of .. well unpleasantness would trigger it. There's not always a perfect way, or even good enough way to deal with situations like this. We do what we can.
or as the other user involved suggested, if its closed, cross post the answer. That's a factor, as well as the whole 'solder tiny wires to the sd card chip' recovery that's possible but requires mad skills.
That's part of the problem for me - I have ublock, vivaldi's own blocking and a network wide adblocker, and I'm not annoyed enough yet to troubleshoot all of them
