I don't want to be critical, but... The site is currently only 71% answered. Do you really think they're better off sent away rather than redirected toward a problem-based question here?

It's a bug for two reasons: 1) these flags get converted to a different type, which changes how they're processed... and 2) that change in type circumvents the normal checks that prevent the exact same flag from being raised multiple times.

That never happens, @damryfbfnetsi. BTW, I'm not against raising the rep threshold - I'm against raising it now, when it seems there is much necessary retagging to be done. Make it your mission to make sure new tags are getting created when folks start asking questions about new topics, and get back to me in a month or so.
