Stack Exchange network consists of 183 Q&A communities including Stack Overflow, the largest, most trusted online community for developers to learn, share their knowledge, and build their careers.
Content about warez could be considered non-infringing itself... and discussing a network breach would not mean using SE network resources for executing it... so the TOS is not THAT clear, it seems to say "don't burgle us and don't store what you burgled on site" rather than "don't burgle the other poor devils" :)
