Please don't vote to close Excel questions as off-topic
VBA is where I draw the line on SuperUser. I realize some VBA is easy enough to write like a batch file or script. Still, I think VBA belongs on StackOverflow. That's where the programmers are mostly.

Could we finally get rid of [software-rec]?
Which brings up another question is why migrated questions have a redirect link from the previous site. Even if it is junk Q&A, if it belongs on another site... I think the categorization is important so that future searches coming from Google land on the correct site.

Unable to edit answer in review (audit)
Why is no action not a valid action in that situation? If the question is deleted, why would I skip it make someone else review the post?

Unable to edit answer in review (audit)
Which is why I clicked on edit (to take action). There was no answer to edit, I assumed it was deleted as the system message stated, and pressed no action. You're saying I should have skipped? No action seems like a valid response to me.

Style edits - inline formatting versus blockquote formatting (`` vs 4 spaces)
I personally started using inline formatting because `` gives immediate style preview feedback while block quotes require 4 spaces (tab does not work), or you have to click on the {} icon in the editor. Either way, it is less interactive than using inline formatting. I feel if certain styles are preferred, the web editor can enforce w/o user intervention. To see an edit with 4 characters changed is disappointing and not a good use of anyone's mouse click.

Concept of "conditional" downvotes?
No, downvote now requires a reason or categorization. If an upvote doesn't require such a reason or categorization, then downvote process should not be made inefficient. I also do not want an e-mail telling me a post has been fixed. Leave it alone.

What to do with answers to abandoned questions?
@Ramhound Its about building and maintaining community. It is not about reputation. I think you don't understand my point.
